I have not yet tried to reformat the C: and try again. I tried to download the service pack manually and the progress bar wasn't even budging. Right now the issue seems to be anything involving installing from the internet. My web browser works, allowing me to access websites, but when I attempt to download a large file it takes an insanely long time. I even left it on overnight and it just continues to check for updates. Ok, sounds fine.I go to check updates, and it loads forever. Everything seemed fine after the install, but one of my drivers (Intel Management Engine) will not install due to requiring a Windows Update. I put in my Windows disk, deleted my C:, its partitioned E: (SSD), and System Reserve.formatted it, then reinstalled Windows 7. I moved whatever I wished to keep on my D: (HDD) then shut down and unplugged it.
